Shaka Hiker is a Sokhumi born, Tbilisi based, multidisciplinary visual artist and producer. He is best known for his videos that electrically embody technological and Sci-Fi elements. As an introduction to his extensive background, Shaka began as an actor in some local films and videos, inevitably deciding to take the camera into his own hands and shoot for himself. In 2017, Shaka made his debut fashion video after graduating from film school, since then he has collaborated with many local and international artists. Shaka’s inspiration is evident through his work, where he seeks to blend his experience of travel through many cultures and countries, with the futuristic elements of the technological world. Shaka currently runs a production company based in Tbilisi.
