Calling all moving image artists and experimental filmmakers, we are now taking submissions for the first edition of FFFTBILISI

We would like to invite all filmmakers, artists, designers, agencies and labels to submit their films for our first edition, which will take place in September 2022.

There are no age requirements to submit your work, FFFTBILISI is open to every interested individual with authentic vision.

    Submitted audiovisual work should be in final finished form, accompanied with short concept, synopsis and subtitles in English.

    The project will be considered accepted only in the completed form, with subtitles and accompaniment of the concept.

    The Submission must not contain any third-party work, by submitting each applicant confirms that they are either authors or a rights holders of every aspect of submitted film(s) – literary, dramatic and musical rights - including any musical recording or composition, unless accompanied with a license to use such work in the Submission from the owners/licensors; or if such work is in the public domain.

    You must provide any licenses, permissions, or releases upon request of the festival.

    By submitting the work, you automatically confirm that you hold all the rights and permissions in and to the submitted film and materials.

    By submitting the work, you also agree that in case of rights dispute or legal proceeding regarding submitted work are solely your liability.

    Commissioned work must not contain threats to any entity, place, group or violate any applicable laws.

    In order to promote a film, the Festival has a right to use episodes from the film. By commissioning your work, Festival is granted the right to take an excerpt or experts from the submission work for promotional purposes via social media or any other channels. The individual or business by submitting the film aggress to authorize the film for screening by the festival, understands and commits to these requirements and regulations.

    The Festival does not pay for the screening of all selected works.
