The Submission must not contain any third-party work, by submitting each applicant confirms that they are either authors or a rights holders of every aspect of submitted film(s) – literary, dramatic and musical rights - including any musical recording or composition, unless accompanied with a license to use such work in the Submission from the owners/licensors; or if such work is in the public domain.

• You must provide any licenses, permissions, or releases upon request of the festival.

• By submitting the work, you automatically confirm that you hold all the rights and permissions in and to the submitted film and materials.

• By submitting the work, you also agree that in case of rights dispute or legal proceeding regarding submitted work are solely your liability.

• Commissioned work must not contain threats to any entity, place, group or violate any applicable laws.

• In order to promote a film, the Festival has a right to use episodes from the film. By commissioning your work, Festival is granted the right to take an excerpt or experts from the submission work for promotional purposes via social media or any other channels. The individual or business by submitting the film aggress to authorize the film for screening by the festival, understands and commits to these requirements and regulations.

• The Festival does not pay for the screening of all selected works.
